Salvation Army New Church Project Information about the project. The Salvation Army are building a state of the art 150 seater fully air conditioned church. and along side that is a fully air conditioned youth and community centre. The cost of the project is £1.1 million. We started building at the end of May and it is projected that the project should be completed by mid January 2006. When the new building opens it will house the existing programme and new ones will also start up. The new programmes include a Day Care Centre, Luncheon clubs. After School and Breakfast clubs. As 2006 progresses we will employ a Youth Worker and Community worker for the village. These are exciting times for the Salvation Army and the village of Minster. The Officers of the Salvation Army wish to thank everybody in the village for their immense support. And promise to keep this website and Minster Matters updated with the projects progress.
