We have produced a loose-leaf document which we have called The Minster-in-Thanet Mine Of Information This contains all sorts of useful bits and pieces, telephone numbers, addresses, maps, waste collections, websites and emails, transport etc. and was originally intended to be a 'Welcome Pack' for new or prospective residents, which was to be available via the library or the local estate agent. However it became a real labour of love which saw us printing additional copies that we then distributed to a number of businesses in the village, especially those where visitors and the like were expected to go and maybe ask questions (library, papershop, etc) or where they might wish to have something to peruse, perhaps whilst partaking of refreshments (pubs, cafes, restaurants etc). It has been so well received, by everyone
who has seen a copy, that we have now decided to make it available via
